The Sisters of St. Francis came to us with a vision for solar on their campus. We designed a 475 kW solar carport, the largest solar project in Sylvania, Ohio and one of the largest for a nonprofit in Northwest Ohio.
It became the first phase of a $5 million solar vision for the campus. That didn't happen because they had more money. It happened because we started with the mission and structured the funding to match.
